At Little Bear Babycare we appreciate that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. For all items in stock we aim to despatch within 1-2 working days.
Occasionally an item may be on order with our suppliers and despatch may be delayed. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date or to offer you a refund if this is not acceptable.
If an item is no longer available we will let you know straight away, and offer the option of an alternative item or a refund.
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch.
For security purposes we are only able to deliver goods to the address of the cardholder.
Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within mainland UK.
All goods are sent using a recorded service for your security and piece of mind. This service requires a signature so if you are not home you will be left a card and the goods will be held at a local depot or sorting office for 14 days before being returned to ourselves.
Large items of furniture will be delivered directly from the manufacturer/suppliers.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us there will be a minimum charge of £15.00 to cover the cost of return postage; the total fee will be the cost of the return courier’s charges and is weight dependant.
Upon receipt of the goods please check parcel contents.Any damage or shortage must be notified within 48hours of delivery.
Returns Information
Any item(s) purchased through Little Bear Babycare may be returned for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery providing that the goods are unused, the manufacturer’s packaging is unopened, and your invoice is enclosed.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We are unable to refund P&P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.
You MUST get a certificate of posting, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.Please notify us via e-mail that you intend to return the goods and send them to the address given in the Contact Us page.Little Bear Babycare will process any refunds due to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as per the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.
We carefully check all our items to ensure there are no problems before we send them to you. If an item has been damaged in the post, please let us know within 48 hours, so that we investigate this with our couriers.
Any flat-pack furniture that has been partially or fully assembled cannot be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, the goods will be returned to the relevant manufacturer for their inspection. If the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair (or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired). If however, the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of all carriage charges and the repair.
