How do I place an order?

Ordering from Little Bear Babycare is easy.  Select your items and purchase by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button, and then add the item to your cart.

Once you have finished your shopping, simply checkout and follow the process.  There is an option to register your details for future visits but it is not essential, you can proceed to the checkout without creating an account.  By choosing this option none of your user information will be kept in our records, but you will not be able to review your order status or keep track of your previous orders.  Your items will then be despatched.

What payment methods do you accept?      

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo and Visa Debit (Delta) via the highly secure online credit card processing company, Nochex.  If you would rather not send your payment electronically you can send cheques or postal orders made payable to ‘Little Bear Babycare’ to the address shown in the Contact Us page.  Postal orders are treated as immediate payment.  Cheques require seven working days to clear before goods are despatched.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Warranties

Little Bear Babycare offer a 6 month warranty on most products against material defects and manufacturing faults, which begins on the day of delivery.  If your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period we will arrange for the collection of the goods.  Products will be inspected by the relevant manufacturer and we will abide by their decision.  If the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair (or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired).  If however, the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, we will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of all carriage charges and the repair.

Proof of purchase must be supplied with all goods.

Sizes and measurements are approximate.  Whilst we take care to ensure that each item is accurately specified and described, slight variations, particularly in colour reproduction may occur.
